Alliance of Reformed Churches

The ARC began as the Christian Reformed Alliance, an organization within the CRC opposed to women's ordination, among other issues. After a number of congregations seceded from the CRC, the group chose the name Alliance of Reformed Churches in 1995. Although the majority of the ARC chose to federate as the United Reformed Churches in 1996, the following congregations have remained in the Alliance.
